That was my morning. Modified T2B with knees to elbows, scaled down the lunges to 55# and did front rack *rear* lunges, because my knee hasn’t been super happy with me lately, and rear lunges are safer for me.
I wasn’t feeling really “up and at ’em” this morning, but I still had a decent workout, in the end.
Truth is, you’ll never regret working out. The hardest part is usually just showing up.
